Simply Register!

Irancell enables you to purchase SIMs without paying any deposit or waiting a period for receiving your SIM Card.

Irancell pre-paid, post-paid and data SIMs are the only existing SIM cards in the Iranian market with the capacity of 64 Kb, which enable delivery of new and modern services including GPRS, MMS, E-charge and E-care.


Note: Before completing the registration and entering all  your details into the  Irancell system, Irancell's  pre-paid, post-paid and data SIM subscribers will not be able to make calls or send and receive data from their SIMs.
At this stage, it is only possible to receive calls through the SIM and making calls is not possible.


For using Irancell SIM services you can:
• Refer to one of rancell’s authorized dealers
You may refer to an authorized Irancell dealer with your ID or National Card and a copy of them, receive the registration form and take the following steps to submit your request:

1. Receive a registration form from the dealer.
2. Complete the registration form.
3. Submit the registration form together with a copy of your ID or National Card on which you have written your MSISDN to the Irancell authorized dealer.

Note: You can also put the registration form and a copy of your ID card bearing your Irancell number in an envelope, write “Irancell” on it and mail it without paying any charges or using stamps.

Your rancell SIM will only be activated once your details are registered in the  Irancell system and your documents  will be  sent to the Company through Irancell’s authorized dealers or through E-mail.
Receiving the registration form, sending the identification documents, completing the registration process and activating the SIM Card, are all free of any charges.

 

Points to remember:
1. You can download and send the registration form for free. 
2. Signing the registration form implies your agreement to activate MMS on your SIM Card.
3. The foreign nationals shall submit their passports as their identification document.
4. In case the registration form and the copy of your documents are not sent to Irancell, your request will not be logged into the system. Therefore, please ensure your documents are received at Irancell.
5. In case a copy of the ID or National Card is not submitted within 30 days of the registration, the purchased SIM Card will be again soft suspended.



Note: We recommend  that you  refer to one of  Irancell's  authorized dealers to be promptly connected to the network. To complete your registration, you need to have your ID or National Card (or passport for the foreign nationals) and their copies. Please make sure that the submitted document is in conformity with the details recorded in the registration form. Submit the related documents to the authorized dealers when you refer for registration.

You may either dial *130*5# from your  post-paid SIM or *140*5# from your pre-paid SIM to get information on your registration status.
