A Lost, stolen or damaged SIM Card can easily be replaced by purchasing an MTN Irancell Welcome Back Pack. When a customer has bought a pack, the following conditions apply:
• Your line must still be active on the MTN Irancell network (it can be suspended but not deactivated) at the time of your SIM Card being lost or stolen.
• Although every effort is being made to reduce the time, you can only expect the SIM Card to work 24 hours after submitting your request to swop the mobile phone number from the old SIM to the new SIM.
• You only pay for the cost of the Welcome Back pack.
• No additional charges should be levied to you by any dealer or distributor.
• Your SIM replacement certificate (that original frame of the SIM that your SIM card was fastened to) needs to be presented.
