Instead of receiving just a list of numbers of all the people who have called you (if using the Who Called service), you can set up a personal answering service that takes voice messages when you are unavailable.
Note: You are able to store up to 30 voice messages and each message length could be 120 seconds. The messages that are not listened to will be stored for 2 days and the ones that are listened to as well as the saved messages will be stored for 7 days.

How to listen to your messagesMake a call to 710 or 705 to listen to your Voicemail from your handset. Note: If you are forwarding calls to your Voicemail or Who Called you cannot divert your calls to another number. How to access your messages from another phoneDial 09377000000 and when asked to, enter your full mobile number. For security reasons you will need a password to access messages from another phone. You can set this up when you dial 710 (from your MTN Irancell line) for the first time or by dialing the change password number on 704 (from your MTN Irancell line). To set up a personalized greeting, make a call to 703.
Note: Your personal greeting could last 240 seconds. Call Charging Callers are charged when reaching your Voicemail service. You are not charged when retrieving voice messages from your MTN Irancell line.
You may either divert to another number or to Who Called/Voicemail. In other words, both cannot be activated at the same time.
