and the recipient will be asked to call you; even if you have no airtime left on your account or your line is suspended! After dialing, the below text will be sent to the recipient free of any charges:
“Please Call … (senders’ No.)”
MTN Irancell is the only network in Iran that provides “Please Call”, so currently the service cannot be used to contact other operators.
