For a low monthly fee you can enjoy all the advantages of using your mobile phone and paying for calls at the end of each month.
 
How it works
This tariff plan requires you to pay a monthly subscription and your calls are billed separately. 

While on the Pay Monthly plan, your calls will be billed at the rates stated on the tariff sheets which are available in stores or by clicking here.

Just for you
As a Pay Monthly customer you will be sent a monthly invoice and optional itemised bill showing the details of the calls made on your account. Your bill will be sent to the address specified on your registration form and/or e-mailed to you. This account is due for payment within 30 (thirty) days from the date stated on your invoice.

IMPORTANT: Please view all terms and conditions related to the use of your MTN Irancell service. By use of this SIM Card you shall be deemed to have read and accepted the applicable terms and conditions of use of the SIM Card.


Getting Started

Step 1: Buy a Pay Monthly Starter Pack, which contains a SIM Card and Registration Form and a user guide.

Step 2: Register your mobile number. MTN Irancell is required by law to register the details of all its users. In order to register you need to complete the registration form. This can be done in the following ways:
  • At participating dealers.
  • Online: visit online registration
  • Complete the registration form contained in the pack.
Step 3: Bring your proof of ID to a participating distributor. This can be done at the time of registration or after online registration. You will need to present your SIM Card and original SIM Card holder at the dealer when doing the registration (it has the mobile number printed on it).  

NOTE
: We recommend going to a participating distributor as this will ensure a quicker and easier registration process. The registration will need to be accompanied by your identification document. Please ensure that the documentation supplied corresponds with information noted on your registration form.  The accompanying document can be supplied to the distributor where your registration is being done or supplied to the distributor after registering online.

Step 4: Make your calls
Your mobile number will be activated as soon as the registration is complete and you have received an SMS from MTN Irancell confirming your registration.
 
Enjoy the convenience of making calls at your leisure and then paying for them at the end of the month. You will be required to pay your account within 30 (thirty) days from the date stated on your invoice. Your SIM Card has been programmed to use the Standard per second tariff plan.

Itemised billing
Your itemised monthly bill shows the numbers called, call durations and call costs.
 
MTN Irancell Customer Services 
A help and advice line that gives you immediate access to the MTN Irancell Customer Service team. Just dial 700.
 
Text messaging: Short Message Service ( SMS)
Also known as SMS (Short Message Service), this allows you to send and receive text messages to and from other mobile users. Send text messages of up to 160 characters in English or 70 characters in Farsi.
To send the SMS ensure that the message centre number is correct. The message centre number is +989350001400.
 
Call Forwarding
Forward your calls to any other number other than your mobile number.

Conference Calling
Allows you to talk to up to five other people all at the same time. This is irrespective of where they are located, providing we have coverage in the area.

Caller Line Identity Presentation  (CLIP)
This allows you to identify who is calling you before you answer.
 
Call Barring
This allows you to stop incoming or outgoing calls, at your convenience.
 
Disconnection Rules
  • If you don't pay the bill within 30 days of the due date, your mobile number will be soft-suspended for 21 days and it will only be possible to receive calls/SMS’. If the bill is still not paid for another 21 day period, your line will be hard-suspended. After this period, it will not be possible to make or receive calls/SMS‘. If you remain hard-suspended for 90 days, your mobile number along with your account will be deleted from network.
